The Company

Impact Minerals Limited was established to explore for deposits of uranium, gold and nickel and listed on the ASX in November 2006. The Company has extensive tenement holdings in Western Australia and Queensland: a portfolio of six projects with the potential for World Class deposits of nickel and significant deposits of gold and uranium.

Impact has quickly positioned itself as a mineral exploration company worthy of international repute and has secured investment from three global resource investment funds. In addition Straits Resources Limited holds 3,500,000 shares in the Company.

The Directors of the Company have extensive experience in mining and mineral exploration and a strong history of exploration success, business development and corporate management.

Investment Highlights

• a portfolio of six projects that include large and strategic landholdings in Western Australia and Queensland, prospective for World Class deposits of nickel-copper-PGM's and significant deposits of uranium, gold and gold-copper.
• a beneficial ownership of part of the Nowthanna uranium deposit amounting to 3.92 Mt at 0.45 kg/t of uranium oxide at a cut-off grade of 0.2 kg/t uranium oxide. This represents a contained metal content of 1,780 t (about 4 million pounds) of uranium oxide. This is an Inferred Resource which has been reported in accordance with the 2004 JORC Code.
• exploration projects funded by CITIC Resources Australia Pty Ltd and by Liontown Resources Ltd.
• an intention to build the business with a vigorous campaign of project evaluation and project generation for potential acquisitions and farm-ins.
